I´m having a blast

Been so long since I played, not that interested.

Really hoping Blizz gets off their butts and finishes Diablo 3 now however

Looking to grab it once I get my new laptop for my 3D animation course . I use to play SC years ago with friends when I was a kid (back when it was all dial-up internet! ).

Starcraft was cool. I still break it out every now and then. But I am torn on getting it now. I've been told that they were not going to support LAN and they were planning on charging you to play online. Has anyone else heard this?

I've heard that Blizz will charge for their battle.net servers every time a new game comes out, they haven't yet however.

Playing it. Bought the Special Edition, but didn't open it. Scuttlebutt says that Blizzard devs are working on adding LAN functionality. Battle.Net sucks though, so I'm just going to wait until an enterprising group of crackers gives us LAN functionality without the BNET crap. Blizzard is really... annoying sometimes.
